i am a receptionist at a bankruptcy law firm, not a sales lady! the man got mad because he didn't have his paperwork filled out and the lawyers wanted him to reschedule and come back when he did. instead he wanted me to fill it out for him...which is stupid because its not like i know his financial woes. it was one of those kill the messenger moments.
